Instructions

Tvati is applied according to your pet’s weight:

Small dogs & cats, Under 22lb: 2 vials per week
Medium dogs, 24–66lb: 3-4 vials per week
Large dogs, Over 66lb: 1 vial daily

Once the desired level of support is established, many pets can move to a lower-frequency maintenance routine based on individual need and veterinary advice.

Delivery and Shipping

All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 72 hours from date of purchase, Monday through Friday, provided that items are in stock and available.

In the event of an item being out of stock or if we are unable to fulfill and/ or ship your order within 72 hours, we will notify you via email.

Please note that the only two guaranteed shipping methods are UPS 2ND Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. If any other shipping method is selected, we cannot control the actual shipping time and we cannot refund shipping costs for delayed shipping times unless UPS 2ND Day or UPS Next Day is selected.

Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following day.
