All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 72 hours from date of purchase, Monday through Friday, provided that items are in stock and available.
In the event of an item being out of stock or if we are unable to fulfill and/ or ship your order within 72 hours, we will notify you via email.
Please note that the only two guaranteed shipping methods are UPS 2ND Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. If any other shipping method is selected, we cannot control the actual shipping time and we cannot refund shipping costs for delayed shipping times unless UPS 2ND Day or UPS Next Day is selected.

After this step is completed, this food gets air dried to make it shelf stable. The combination of these two ancient methods of food preparation has allowed them to create whole food recipes without the need for preservatives or refrigeration.
