We source our milk from grass-fed cows, whose milk is naturally rich in essential vitamins A, D, and K, as well as conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a potent antioxidant and essential fatty acid. Grass-fed cultured ghee offers a healthier balance of omega-6 to omega-3 fats, with a ratio of around 3:1, compared to over 20:1 in grain-fed animals.

Vitamins and Minerals: Cultured ghee is rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, all of which are essential for various bodily functions. Butyric Acid: This short-chain fatty acid is known for its role in maintaining gut health.
