Feeding Guidelines:

Feed as a treat in moderation. Can be used as a training treat or as a meal mix in for a boost of protein and nutrients. Supervise while feeding. Always provide access to clean, fresh water.

Handling & Storage Instructions:

Store freeze-dried products in a cool, dry place separate from human food. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Clean hands, surfaces and utensils with hot, soapy water after each feeding. Best if fed within 30 days after opening.

All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 72 hours from date of purchase, Monday through Friday, provided that items are in stock and available.

In the event of an item being out of stock or if we are unable to fulfill and/ or ship your order within 72 hours, we will notify you via email.

Please note that the only two guaranteed shipping methods are UPS 2ND Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. If any other shipping method is selected, we cannot control the actual shipping time and we cannot refund shipping costs for delayed shipping times unless UPS 2ND Day or UPS Next Day is selected.

Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following day.
